Party Starters believes in a good party, a good experience, and a good product.

All products are subject to a 14 day refund, as per UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Contact us with the SKU of your unwanted items and we’ll send the corresponding return address. As many of our items come from different suppliers, there may be multiple addresses for returns of more than one item.

In the case of packages with multiple items, individual items from that package may be returned. It is not necessary to return the entire collection, unless you want to.

No refund will be given on over-wound items.

Returned items without fault may be subject to 10% handling charge.

No credit given on foil balloons unless fault accepted by manufacturer.

Refunds are are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt of your unwanted item.

All return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Exchanges:

Rather than exchange your item, we simply refund your item and allow you to order new at your convenience.

This works well for people who need to replace their item before an important event.
